Are all your volunteers at least 18 years old? Please note: The Cafe does not accept volunteers under 18.
Which Wednesday(s) are you available to volunteer?  Check all that apply (this does not mean you are signing up for all dates, we want to know your availability)
Has your group volunteers at the Cafe before?
Does your group wish to sign-up for more than one date? If so, how many?
The CafĂ© requires a full volunteer staff of 8-10 individuals. We ask that groups who sign-up fulfill this commitment to send the full staff, however, understand that may be difficult for some.  How many total will you be able to bring?
